Episode 3:
Bloomsburg Survivor is back and better than ever. Episode 2 ended with 24 Castaways left, and in this episode, they brought their A-game.
The first challenge of the episode was volleyball. With team Python’s numbers advantage, they had to sit out a 5 players to make the game even, but even with their numbers being cut, they took the win and sent team Gator to the first Tribal Council of the episode. At the end of the council, Claire Schmoke was voted out and forced to leave the games.
The next challenge of the episode was “Pinball Dodgeball,” a cross between bowling and dodgeball in which players try to knock out the entire opposing team or take out their bowling pins. Python was forced to sit a few players again and in the end, it was Gator who brought home the win. Python attended the next Tribal Council and voted out Tucker McDaniel.
The final challenge of the night was “Flip n Dots,” in which players flipped the opposing team’s colorful dots face up to gain points. Python ended the game with a win and sent Gator back to the Council for the second time in the episode. Mason Kohuth was voted out, concluding the episode with 21 players left for the fourth episode.
Episode 4:
This episode starts with the first challenge, “Laser Tag Mini Golf.” Python and Gator had to divide their teams into two groups of four each. The groups of four all faced off in a 5-minute game of laser tag for one team and minigolf for the other, then they swapped and gave it another go. Python, being ahead, had to sit out players yet again, but nevertheless won the challenge, sending Gator off to the Tribal Council. Joe Davila was voted off of Gator, and during the council, one unknown player used a safety key to protect from being voted off.
After the vote, an unexpected change took place; the teams were disbanded and redrafted by random choice out of a bag. Python and Gator became New Python and New Gator.
The teams are as follows:
- New Python: Hope Garavaglia, Jake Casella, Deiby Bautista, Kamryn Van Daalen, Brady Armstrong, Dylan Hartranft, Jack Holcombe, and Julie Bono.
- New Gator: Caleb Brown, Hailey Kelly, Owen Zulli, Nate Conway, Anthony Witczak, Chase Shutt, Tatiana Beckworth, and Holly Masi.
Gator’s new captains are Trey Sterling and Gianna Corropolese, and Python’s are Lee Habalar and Erin Ranegan.
After the shocking switch-up, it was time to play the second challenge of episode 4. The next challenge was “Survivor Island Communication Chain.” In this intense challenge, players stationed 50 feet apart played a game of telephone with a tricky tongue twister and get it to the end of 10 players without messing up the sentence. New Python took the win and sent New Gator to their first tribal council.
This time, the stakes were high, with one immunity item being played. Caleb Brown was voted out with a singular vote, as the immunity item canceled out all other voteson Chase Shutt.
Both teams set off into challenge 3, “Battleship Twister.” In this game, teams of seven players positioned themselves on a giant twister board on their respective side of a wall. Each team had two callers and in battleship style, they called out dots to try and sink the other team’s players. Players moved on the dots like in the game Twister, and in the end, New Gator was victorious.
In the final Tribal Council of the night, New Python voted out Deiby Bautista as the 12th player out of the game. Another immunity item was used in this council, leaving Bautista with only 2 votes needed to be out of this season.
Going into episode 5, there are 18 players left. Make sure to tune in to Bloomsburg Survivor and keep reading The Voice to get your full scoop on the games.
