The Bloomsburg Theatre Ensemble is officially in the Halloween spirit. Starting from Monday, Oct. 26, until Friday, Oct. 30, BTE will be releasing a special Halloween podcast titled “Round About the Cauldron: A BTE Oddcast” for all to enjoy.

The “Oddcast” will feature a variety of BTE members reading odd, scary stories that are sure to frighten their listeners.

So far, they’ve released three full installments. The first features a reading of “The Tell-Tale Heart,” written by Edgar Allen Poe and narrated by member Amy Rene Byrne.

The second centers around the famous short story titled “The Landlady,” written by Roald Dahl and narrated by member Daniel Roth.

The third is aimed towards children and features a reading of four different scary stories relayed by multiple members of BTE.

BTE has been promoting the “Oddcast” on each of their social media platforms, and more promotional videos are on the way over the coming days.

There is no charge to listen.
