Healthy Huskies on surviving finals

Natalie Wittman, Healthy Huskies

Did you start your countdown to summer break yet? By the time this article comes out, there will officially be nine days left in the semester! That means there are only a few days left until FREEDOM!
Finals week can be one of the least favorite times of the semester. It may feel challenging to “finish strong” when you are low on energy. Or, a beautiful sunny day comes along…and you get “Spring Fever” and want to go hangout with friends instead of studying or writing a paper.
It is important to remember that, although finals week can be a challenging time, it can usually help to have a positive mindset about them.
Study for them like you would any other exam, but do not pull all-nighters.
Start your papers that you have due finals week now. Even if you write one page, you will feel better about accomplishing a portion of it.
If you do some of these things and take time to care for yourself by attending the activities on campus, you will get through the next nine days and freedom will feel oh so good!
