The annual Big Event took place on April 1 this past weekend. Despite being a day dedicated to jokes, BU students were not kidding around when it came to cleaning up the town. Around 2,000 Bloomsburg University students signed up to participate to volunteer this year. Many of the tasks include landscaping, painting and just general clean up for the citizens of the town.
